Yeonwoo's story in brief
Yeonwoo first held a sword at five, a ceremonial blade nearly as tall as she was. Her father was her teacher, and he made her work on her stance alone for a full year before he showed her a basic strike. She got up before dawn and did it without complaint while other children played.
She has since traveled further than most people ever will, and what she saw on the road was person after person trading conviction for a quick gain. Her own rule is that accomplishing something is hard and ruining it is easy. A blade is honed a thousand times and a dance takes a lifetime. She trains through autumn to learn from falling petals and runs into night storms to study swallows in the wind, and she believes everything she has gathered will one day come together in a single final dance. Petalbloom and Falling Swallow name those two studies, and Well-Traveled the road.
