Kingshot Almanach

Kingshot alliance message templates

Pick the event, pick the moment, fill in the time, copy the message. Every template below carries the rules your members keep asking about, written the way you would post them in the game, and the Discord version turns your UTC time into a timestamp that each member reads in their own time zone.

Last verified in the game on 12 September 2026

Which channel to use

Kingshot gives you three places to write to your alliance, and they behave differently. The alliance notice is the standing announcement, the one a member reads when they open the alliance screen, so it holds what stays true all day. The chat is where the fast calls happen during an event, and it scrolls away. The group message, under Alliance, then Settings, then Message, reaches everyone at once, which is the closest thing to a mail. There is no alliance mail in Kingshot, which the help centre states outright, so a guide that tells you to mail your alliance means this screen.

Each template below names the channel it was written for. Announcements and rules belong in the notice or the group message, timing calls belong in chat, and for the events that are decided in seconds, Swordland, Tri-Alliance Clash and the castle battle, experienced leaders run voice with one caller and use the text channels only for what has to survive the event.

How long can a message be

Century Games has not published a character limit for the notice, the chat or the group message, and no fan database I could check names one that holds up. Rather than repeat a number nobody can source, the builder counts your characters and leaves the judgement to you. Short messages are better anyway, because the notice is read on a phone in the ten seconds before someone taps into an event.

Every template, plain text

The same messages without the builder, in case you want to keep your own copy or edit them into your alliance's voice. Anything in curly brackets is a placeholder you replace: the alliance tag, the time in UTC, the rally hosts and so on.

Alliance events

Bear Hunt

Bear Hunt runs every two days and an R4 or R5 opens it, by hand or on a timer. Your alliance has two traps, the damage window is 30 minutes, and a joiner contributes the first skill of the hero in slot one, of which only the first four count.

Full Bear Hunt guide

Day before Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Bear Hunt tomorrow, Trap {TRAP}, {TIME}.
Teleport next to the trap before it opens. The bear does not fight back, so nobody loses troops.
Hosts: {HOSTS}
{NOTE}

One hour before Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Bear Hunt in one hour, Trap {TRAP}, {TIME}.
Recall your gatherers now and move your city next to the trap. March time is the only thing that limits how often you hit.
Put the hero whose first skill you want counted into slot one.

How to join Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Bear Hunt rules, short version.
1. Only the first skill of the hero in slot one counts for a joiner, and only the first four joiner skills apply.
2. If your slot one hero has a defensive or chance skill, join with no hero at all. Your troops still count in full.
3. Fill the top open rally. Fewer, fuller rallies beat many thin ones.
4. Hosts are {HOSTS}. Everyone else joins.

Last minutes Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Seven minutes left on Trap {TRAP}.
Open a rally even if you are weak, every open rally is a landing spot for marches coming back.
If your reward tier is already locked, give your spot to someone chasing a milestone.

After the hunt Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Bear Hunt done. Thanks for showing up.
Check the damage ranking in your mail and compare it to your last run.
Missed this one? There is no personal cooldown, you can join the other trap.
{NOTE}

Viking Vengeance

Viking Vengeance runs every two weeks, an R4 or R5 starts it, and it takes 20 waves. Waves 7, 14 and 17 only hit players who are online, waves 10 and 20 hit the alliance HQ. A wave counts as repelled once at least half the attackers are beaten, and after two lost defences the vikings leave you alone.

Full Viking Vengeance guide

Announcement Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Viking Vengeance starts {TIME}.
You need Town Center 7 and alliance membership to take part.
Stay online for the whole run. Waves 7, 14 and 17 only hit players who are logged in.
{NOTE}

Rules for members Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Viking Vengeance, what to do.
1. Keep your troops out at all times, a wave is repelled once half the attackers are down.
2. Two lost defences and the vikings stop attacking you, so defend properly from wave one.
3. Waves 10 and 20 go for the alliance HQ. Garrison it before then.
4. Shields do not stop these attacks.

HQ defence call Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Wave 10 is next and it goes for the alliance HQ at {COORDS}.
Send infantry into the HQ now. Whoever is already garrisoned, stay there.
{NOTE}

After the event Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Vikings are done. Collect your rewards before they expire.
If we cleared every wave comfortably, we move one difficulty up next time. Say so in chat if you disagree.
{NOTE}

Swordland Showdown

Swordland Showdown runs every 14 days: two days of voting, two days of registration where R4 and R5 pick the time and register up to 30 fighters plus 10 substitutes, two days of matchmaking, then a one hour battle. Only the top 20 alliances by power before the vote get in, and only members who were already in the alliance during registration can play.

Full Swordland Showdown guide

Voting phase Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Swordland voting is open for two days.
Vote for the battle time that suits you. The vote guides us, the final time is set by R4 and R5 during registration.
Sign up only if you will be there. A no-show hands the other side an easy win.

Registration Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Swordland registration closes in {DAYS} days. Battle time is {TIME} on {DATE}.
30 fighters and 10 substitutes per legion. If you join the alliance after registration closes you cannot play this round, so tell your friends now.
Losses here do not touch your real troops.

Before the battle Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Swordland starts {TIME}. One hour, be there from the first minute.
Use the legion chat tab once we are inside, the alliance chat will not reach you there.
If you get wiped you can return after 12 minutes, so come back instead of quitting.
{NOTE}

After the battle Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Swordland is over. Rewards follow the result of legion 1, and fighters plus substitutes are all eligible.
The Swordland shop refreshes every 14 days, spend before it rolls over.
{NOTE}

Tri-Alliance Clash

Tri-Alliance Clash runs once a month with voting Monday and Tuesday, sign-up Wednesday and Thursday, matchmaking Friday and the battle on Saturday. The hour splits into three minutes of preparation, 17 minutes of Seize and Conquer, 20 minutes of Garrison Occupation and 20 minutes of Temple Onslaught. Deployment capacity, march speed and rally buffs do nothing here.

Full Tri-Alliance Clash guide

Sign-up window Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Tri-Alliance sign-up is open Wednesday and Thursday. Battle is Saturday {TIME}.
We need at least 15 fighters plus substitutes per legion to take part.
Sign up only if you will be online for the full hour.

Captains and roles Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Tri-Alliance roles.
Captains are appointed by R4 and above, and you can appoint yourself inside your own building. One building per player, and captains regenerate more energy.
Bring your position, pet, territory, town combat and outpost buffs. Deployment capacity, march speed and rally buffs do not work in there.
{NOTE}

Phase calls Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Clash timeline, keep it in front of you.
0:00 preparation, three minutes.
0:03 Seize and Conquer, 17 minutes.
0:20 Garrison Occupation, 20 minutes.
0:40 Temple Onslaught, 20 minutes.
Calls come over voice. Text is too slow once the temple opens.

After the battle Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Clash is done. Alliance ranking rewards follow legion 1.
The clash shop refreshes every two weeks.
{NOTE}

Alliance Championship

The Championship runs weekly from Monday 00:00 UTC to the following Monday. Registration covers three lanes and closes Wednesday 23:00 UTC, and your stats are taken as a snapshot when you register. Six alliances play five automated rounds from Thursday to Saturday, with 11 hours between rounds, and R4 and R5 can move members between lanes in that window.

Registration call Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Championship registration closes Wednesday 23:00 UTC.
Buff your troops and heroes first, then register. Your values are frozen the moment you sign up, and hitting Update troops after a buff is what most people forget.
We need at least 10 registered members to enter.

Lane assignment Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Championship lanes for this week.
{NAME} goes to {LANE}.
Round one is blind, nobody sees the other side. Between rounds we have 11 hours to move people, so tell me if you cannot be online.
{NOTE}

Between rounds Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Round done. Next one starts in 11 hours.
Re-buff and press Update troops, otherwise you fight with your old numbers.
If you want to swap lane, say so now.

Settlement Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Championship is settled. Rewards land by Saturday 12:00 UTC and the shop is open until Monday 00:00 UTC.
Beat one enemy team and you get the first knockout grade, two gets you the second. Staying undefeated gives you the second grade automatically.
{NOTE}

Alliance Mobilization

A new Mobilization season starts every two weeks. Your alliance needs at least 15 members and you need Town Center 10. Everyone gets nine mission accepts as standard and can buy more with gems, and R4 and above can refresh the public mission board on a cooldown.

Season start Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Mobilization season starts today and runs two weeks.
You have nine mission accepts as standard. Giving up a mission removes it.
Take what you can finish and finish what you take.
{NOTE}

Board etiquette Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Mobilization, one rule that matters.
Do not take a mission you cannot complete right away. It sits on the board and blocks the whole alliance.
If you are stuck on one, say so in chat and an R4 will refresh the board.
Speedup missions and anything you cannot serve go back for a refresh.

Refresh notice Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Board refreshed. The next refresh has a cooldown, so grab what fits you now.
High point missions stay for the people who can pay for them, the cheap ones are there for free accounts.
{NOTE}

Final push Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Last day of the Mobilization season.
Clear whatever you can, alliance points decide our league placing.
If you leave the alliance now you drop out of this season entirely.
{NOTE}

Alliance Brawl

Alliance Brawl matches two alliances against each other over a series of daily duels. Only members who are in the alliance when matchmaking starts on Sunday 23:00 UTC can take part and score, and rewards go to whoever is a member at settlement, which is Sunday 12:00 UTC.

Cutoff warning Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Brawl matchmaking locks Sunday 23:00 UTC.
If you are not in the alliance at that moment you cannot score for us this round.
If you are planning to move, move after the lock.
{NOTE}

Daily focus Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Brawl duel of the day is running.
Save your points for the stage where we can beat them, dumping everything on day one wins nothing.
{NOTE}

Settlement Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Brawl rewards settle Sunday 12:00 UTC and only members at that moment receive them.
Check your mail after settlement.
{NOTE}

Sanctuary Battle

Only R4 and above can sign up, and the alliance needs at least 20 members. You get one sanctuary and one fortress per phase, R4 and R5 pick three time slots and the slot with the most votes across all registered alliances wins. Without competition you take the building when the countdown ends, otherwise you need to hold it for 30 minutes in a row.

Sign-up Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Sanctuary Battle sign-up is done. We are going for {COORDS} at {TIME}.
One sanctuary and one fortress per phase, so this is the one that counts.
{NOTE}

Battle call Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Sanctuary attack at {TIME} on {COORDS}.
If nobody contests it we take it when the countdown ends. If they contest it we need 30 minutes of unbroken control, so keep reinforcing.
Territory bonuses do not apply in there.
{NOTE}

Defence phase Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] We hold {COORDS}. The shield lasts around two days, then the rebels are back in place.
You only get the participation reward if you help clear the NPCs at the start of the next battle.
{NOTE}

Kingdom of Power and castle

Kingdom of Power: preparation

Matchmaking starts on a Saturday and takes two days, then the preparation phase runs five days and ten hours. Each day gives three personal chests, all three earn a kingdom medal, and medal rewards start at two medals. Points only count against players within three levels of you, and switching alliance resets your points.

Full Kingdom of Power: preparation guide

Hoarding call Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Kingdom of Power prep starts {DATE}. Stop spending now.
Hold your speedups, hero shards, gear materials and anything else you would normally burn. Points come from spending during the right phase, not before it.
{NOTE}

Matchmaking result Alliance notice

[{TAG}] We are matched. Preparation runs five days and ten hours from here.
Three personal chests a day, all three give you a kingdom medal, and medal rewards start at two medals. Do not skip a day.
{NOTE}

Daily reminder Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Prep day reminder: clear your three chests today.
Spend on today's category only. Anything you dump on the wrong day scores nothing.
{NOTE}

Before the battle phase Alliance, Settings, Message

[{TAG}] Prep ends soon and the battle phase opens Saturday 10:00 UTC.
Heal your troops, set your marches and do not upgrade anything that raises your power right now.
Do not switch alliance during this, your points reset if you do.
{NOTE}

Kingdom of Power: battle and castle

The battle phase starts Saturday 10:00 UTC and runs 12 hours. The first two hours and the last five are open fighting across the server border, and the castle attack happens in the five hours between them, so 12:00 to 17:00 UTC. Whoever holds the King's Castle for two and a half hours in a row wins, and if nobody manages it the longest hold takes it.

Full Kingdom of Power: battle and castle guide

Teleport call Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Borders open 10:00 UTC. Teleport across between 11:00 and 11:30 UTC and settle at {COORDS}.
The castle window is 12:00 to 17:00 UTC, so be in position with full troops before it opens.
{NOTE}

Synchronised rallies Alliance chat

[{TAG}] Rally sync on the castle.
Hosts: {HOSTS}
Launch so that every march lands at {TIME}. Check your own march time and start early enough, we go in together or not at all.
{NOTE}

Holding the castle Alliance chat

[{TAG}] We are in the castle. We need two and a half hours unbroken to win it outright.
Reinforce, do not sit and watch. If nobody reaches the full hold, the longest hold takes it.
Watch the towers, they shoot the castle garrison unless we hold them too.
{NOTE}

After the win Alliance notice

[{TAG}] Castle is ours. The R5 has 10 hours to name the king, otherwise it defaults to them.
Remember the position cooldown: taking an appointment back locks that slot for 30 minutes.
{NOTE}

Running the alliance

Daily notice

The alliance notice works like a whiteboard. Online members see it as a banner, and it appears in bold in the alliance chat. Posting the same text twice in a row needs at least one changed character.

Help and tech Alliance chat

{NOTE}

Frequently asked questions

What is the character limit for an alliance message in Kingshot?

The game does not document a limit for the notice, the alliance chat or the group message, and Century Games has not published one. The builder counts the characters of your message so you can keep it short, and it does not claim a cut-off it cannot prove. If a long message pastes in short for you, write it in two parts.

Does Kingshot run on UTC?

Yes for the scheduled events. The Kingdom of Power battle phase opens Saturday 10:00 UTC, the castle window runs 12:00 to 17:00 UTC, Championship registration closes Wednesday 23:00 UTC and Alliance Brawl matchmaking locks Sunday 23:00 UTC. Write times in UTC and let people convert, which is also why the Discord version of every template uses Discord timestamps.

Is there an alliance mail in Kingshot?

No. The help centre states that alliance mail does not exist and that group messages go through Alliance, then Settings, then Message. Creators often say mail when they mean that screen, so the templates name the right one.

Who can post an alliance notice?

Editing the bulletin sits with R4 and R5 along with the other management rights. R3 and above can promote and demote members at least one rank below them, and R4 and above can remove members.

Can I share a filled-in template with my officers?

Yes. The address bar keeps the event, the moment and the format, so copying the link out of your browser gives your R4 team the same message set up the same way.

Sources

Every rule quoted inside a template comes from the official Kingshot help centre run by Century Games, or from two fan databases that agree. The schedules for Kingdom of Power, the Championship, Alliance Brawl, Swordland Showdown, Tri-Alliance Clash, Sanctuary Battle and Alliance Mobilization are all taken from the help centre's own answers. Where a number is disputed or undocumented, such as the message length or the exact time an alliance help tap saves, this page says so instead of picking a side.

Official help centre: centurygames.helpshift.com. The event mechanics behind the templates are written up in the event guides, and the leadership side is in the alliance guide.
