Olive's story in brief
Olive ran a bakery before the war and found out she could shoot only after the fighting started. She comes from a land far to the north, and the town likes to whisper that she is a runaway princess. She has never answered the question, and the last man she caught snooping needed the Village Constable to rescue him. Chenko is her one loyal customer. The rest of the town treats her bread as a gamble.
Her story closes on the Empire of Gold, a power north of the Viking lands that went silent a few decades ago, at about the time preachers of a strange new sect began to appear in the south. How that connects to Olive is left open. Both halves of her life are in her kit. Rain of Arrows and Target Lock belong to the archer, and Green Thumb raises Mill Output for the baker.
